BainBridge Navigation and
Transworld formally signed the Joint Venture Agreement today, marking a significant milestone in our partnership.
The agreement was signed by
Mr. Ritesh Sivaswamy Ramakrishnan, Managing Director, Transworld, and
Mr. Deepak Kumar Sharma, Managing Director, BainBridge Navigation.
With the venture already underway, the signing formalises the partnership and brings together the strengths of both organisations to build and grow TransBridge Global as a commercial platform in the dry bulk shipping sector.
